Please contact your Catering/Event Manager and PSAV, our in-house audio
visual provider, with your exhibitor needs.
Cabling, wires, cords on the floor must be covered by approved cable/cord covers. Tape is not permitted on any surface.  If group is unable to provide, on their own, approved acceptable cable/cord covers, PSAV will provide them to you for a fee.
Should you have Exhibitors arranged for your program or event you
will need to advise your Catering/Event Manager in advance how billing and
payment will be handled for individual Exhibitor shipments, box handling and delivery, electrical, audio visual, internet access requests/needs.

Advance arrangements for payment are required in order to insure boxes, materials, equipment are delivered or provided to the function space.  On Site payment is not always possible, dependent upon date and hours.

Exhibitors are ON OWN for all charges - each exhibitor required to complete and
return Credit Card Authorization (CC authorization form attached).
**  Please refer to the Load-In/Load-Out section for additional important information.

Security for Events and Exhibits

Hotel Ballrooms and/or Meeting Space with air-walls are NOT securable rooms.  See your Catering or Event Manager IN ADVANCE should you desire Secured Meeting Space.

Security arrangements must be made with your Catering or Event Manger no less than 2 weeks in advance of group arrival

Hotel's Director of Loss Prevention is responsible for all Security arrangements and approval. 

An hourly charge of $25 per hour for hotel provided Security will be billed, plus tax.
3rd Party Security requires advance approval from the General Manager and Director of Loss Prevention.
