Your Catering/Event Manager is happy to arrange a Registration or Hospitality Desk for your group. Registration/Hospitality Desks are typically placed outside of and near your main meeting space. Printers, phones, phone lines, internet needs, electrical access, etc. must be arranged in advance through PSAV. Advise your Catering/Event Manager of your communications with PSAV.
Please note that due to multiple-group usage, registration/hospitality desks may need to be removed and reset for the next days use.
Should you require a separate area for an office, storage or hospitality, consult your Catering/Event Manager for space availability and associated rental fees.
The hotel has digital reader boards throughout. Should additional signage be needed, professionally made signage is required. There is a small fee for use of hotel easels, limited to available inventory. Handwritten signs or flip chart signage is not permitted. Signage in hotel public areas will require advance approval from hotel General Manager.
